Review: AI in Legal Practice at ASML

On Friday, February 6, we organized the first lawyerlinq Get Together of 2025. The theme of this edition: the digital transformation of ASML’s Legal & Compliance department, with a specific focus on the implementation of AI.

Steven van de Reijt gave us an inspiring insight into how ASML uses AI to make legal processes smarter and more efficient. During the interactive session, much was shared: from practical experience to critical questions and concrete use cases.

It was an afternoon full of insights, inspiration, and recognition. A valuable moment of exchange within a rapidly changing field.
