Last Tuesday, together with LegalMike, we organized a prompt workshop for lawyers from Ballast-Nedam, Mitsubishi, Picnic, Olympia, Ayvens, and Lekkerland, among others.

Not a generic presentation about ‘the future of AI’, but 3 hours of hands-on work on crafting better prompts, using tools like ChatGPT and Copilot more intelligently, and most importantly: learning how to make AI truly productive in your legal work.

🔍 What stood out?

• Everyone is involved – from Gemini to Copilot, from internal pilots to private GPTs

• Useful output often falls short; the potential is not always fully utilized

• The COSTAR method (Context, Objective, Style, Tone, Audience, Response) provided participants with both control and structure in writing effective prompts
